I've read the first two in this series and find them well balanced between the number of words and the amount of pictures.
Excellent way of conveying messages to children.
I would recommend them to both teachers and parents.

Heard about these stories
at the local school. They were right, it's wonderful and very innocently told.

I didn't think I was away that long but I missed 5 stories.
This one is great. Terrific lesson for the kids. I really
enjoyed it.

great way of getting the
kids into conversation about different issues. Gets them talking about the subject matter in the books.

Very good lessons for the little ones in this
story and the first. My wife is very pleased that a series like this is available. Great pictures and not too long to read which holds the kids attention.

I thought the first story was a bit short but now I can see where the author is going with this. Another great story with
a lesson. I'm not a child but I am enjoying this series. The small boy is delightful and his new found friends makes them an interesting trio.

I found these stories when I visited my son on Christmas day-late Christmas day. After reading book 2 I have come to the conclusion without any hesitation that if I don't read these books to my 6 year old son I believed
that I would have violated some sort of law that result in a crime.

My daughter keeps asking me to check out more books in this series to read to her younger brother and sister. Even though she is 13 she loves them too. Another wonderful story and all of us look forward to more.

This is a lovely story.
As others have said it's very innocent. I'll be watching out for more.

My little girl is always asking if there's another story after I read part 1 to her. She loved this as well. It gave me a great opportunity
to talk to her about the dangers of fire.
Now she wants to know when I'm going to read number 3.
The only problem my wife has is the name of the little boy, the nickname his friends gave him. Our daughter is five years old and my wife is having to
work with her, sounding out each letter.

Our family is enjoying everything from this author.
5 stars again.

My wife grabbed this one too.
Another story that was loved by all her young students.
(I liked it as well).

Another lovely story and the innocence of this young boy is refreshing.
I don't want to mention what it's about as that would spoil it for those that haven't read it yet. A nice different way of looking at things.
As an adult I enjoyed this very much and I think kids would love it.
I look forward to reading more.

I read this after finishing part 1. I can see how this small boy would view what was happening around him. No one to teach
him about what goes on in the world.
I'd forgotten the pleasures of reading as a child.
Beautifully written and I admit that I will follow this series.
Daryn Walters on Dec. 12, 2013 :
Another wonderful story. My daughter will love this tonight.
I hope this series is a long one. Delightful characters
especially the boy.
I recommend to any reader to read them in order.
Samantha Kirk on Dec. 11, 2013 :
I love seeing things through the eyes of this little boy. My grandaughter will love this when I read it to her tomorrow as she did the first
story.
